Beijing & Tianjin

On my recent trip back to China, I visited both Beijing and Tianjin — two cities that left me with completely different impressions.

Tianjin felt modern and stylish, with a vibrant urban atmosphere and a refreshing pace of life. Walking through the streets, I could feel a youthful energy in the city’s architecture and daily scenes.

Beijing, on the other hand, carried a deep sense of history. From ancient alleyways to grand landmarks, the weight of its past seemed to fill every corner. The city felt calm, powerful, and rich with stories that span centuries.

Experiencing these two cities on the same journey made the contrast even more vivid — one shining with modern flair, the other rooted in timeless heritage.
