Taiwan

From Shifen and Jiufen, through Taipei and Alishan, all the way down to Tainan — this trip across Taiwan felt like a slow journey through many changing landscapes. Early on, the weather wasn’t always perfect, with cloudy skies following us along the way. But during the final two days, the sun finally came out, filling everything with warm light ☀️ It made the ending of the trip feel especially bright and satisfying.

In Tainan, I visited the beautiful Sicao Green Tunnel. Floating along the narrow waterway, surrounded by arching mangrove trees and reflections of green all around, felt like entering a quiet, hidden passage of nature. Everything looked calm, vivid, and almost unreal. What made the experience even more special was how incredibly lucky I was to be seated in the very front row 🥺 — the perfect spot to fully take in the view, with nothing blocking the gentle scenery ahead.
Moments like these — unexpected sunshine, small strokes of good luck, and the peaceful beauty of nature — are what I love most about traveling. They may seem simple, but they stay in my memory long after the journey ends.
