In early 2025, I visited Togakushi Shrine in Nagano.
The entire landscape was wrapped in snow, turning the shrine and its surroundings into something pure and almost unreal.

Walking through the long cedar-lined path, with soft snow underfoot and silent mountains on both sides, I felt completely separated from the rush of everyday life. The white scenery made every step feel calmer, more deliberate, as if time itself had slowed down.

The stillness was beautiful — the kind of beauty that stays with you long after you leave.
It was one of those rare moments when nature feels both grand and gentle at the same time.
